Car rental with Liigu app — how it works?

It's like having your own car waiting for you at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport!

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is located about 25 kilometers northeast of Paris city center, while Paris Orly (ORY) is about 13 kilometers to the south.

Do you need a car in downtown Paris? We have you covered. Liigu cars come equipped with everything you need to make navigating the crowded yet charming streets easier.

Traveling with family? We offer child seats to keep your little ones safe and sound throughout the journey. Well-behaved pets are welcome too. All our rental cars are carefully cleaned and disinfected. Additionally, for any unexpected changes to your plans, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pick-up. Bon voyage!

The best way to explore romantic Paris? By car!

Renting a car directly at the airport is the most convenient way to hit the ground running and explore the surroundings of Paris. You'll save valuable sightseeing time from the moment you land.

If you plan to explore more of Île-de-France, see the Loire Valley castles, or travel around Picardy and Normandy, consider renting an SUV or a more spacious car for your comfort. However, for driving within Paris, we recommend a smaller car, as the streets are crowded and parking in the city center is limited.

The speed limit in urban areas across France is typically 31 mph, with some downtown areas reduced to 18 mph. Two- to three-lane roads have a speed limit of 49 mph, and four-lane highways are limited to 68 mph. On highways, the speed limit is 80 mph. These limits are reduced in cases of rain or snowfall for safety. Additionally, it's useful to know that green directional signs indicate a non-highway main route or a 'free road', while blue signs signify a highway, often marked 'péage', which means you'll need to pay a toll.
